  • Refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized items.

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or is not in its original condition.
  • If the refund request is made after 48 hours of product delivery.
  • If the product is non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

2.2 Order Cancellation by MIS Decor

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment failures, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.
  • If an order is canceled by us, customers will receive a full refund.

  • No cancellation fees apply if canceled within the allowed timeframe.
  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, it will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
